Is there an affiliates?

I'm an admin on two other sites and i wanted to put this site on there. Granted, they arent the most active sites (thats why i started lookin for another and found this!) but maybe that will lead members from there to want to join this one! One of them is a wolf rp, too, soooo yeah!

Not currently, but I am changing up a few things, so I can make an "affiliates" if you would like!! Just one question: How do I make an affiliates?!??! *hyperventalates* eeekkkkkkkk!!!!!!! (seriously, how?)
